Here’s what it’s like to work with us

  1. Complete prep work

You’ll receive 3 questionnaires to help us deeply understand your practice + your ideal audience, as well as to craft high converting copy for your website. This does require some work on your end but the more thought you put into your Prep Work, the better the end result will be 🎉.

2. Style + strategy call

During this call, we’ll strategize on key elements of your website. We’ll also present the style direction for your website. Next, we’ll get to work bringing your site to life. All you’ll need to do is be available via email if any questions come up.

3. Review call

We’ll review your website page by page, making tweaks live as needed. This constitutes your first round of revisions.

4. Revision round

Time for a round of asynchronous revisions. You’ll have 3 business days to request revisions. We’ll implement them before our launch call.

5. Copy week

Your copy has already been placed on your website and now it’s time to refine it! Throughout the week you can make comments & request edits. These will be implemented within one business day. Repeat as needed!

6. Launch call

Time to go live! On this call, we can make any last minute tweaks. Then we’ll purchase a Squarespace subscription, connect your domain, and add you to the site. We can also connect Google Search Console + Analytics.

It can take up to 72 hours for your domain to connect so keep this in mind if you have a specific launch date :)

  • Sure is. Every website comes with professional copy created with our Copy Generator and edited by our content strategist.

    You can upgrade to custom copy.

  • We allot a specific design period for you. When project timelines get extended, it cuts into someone else’s design period. If your project gets delayed because of incomplete homework or revisions, you’ll be charged an additional fee.

    Please make sure you’ll have the time and capacity to complete the Prep Work and collaborate with us during your project to ensure a smooth project

  • All of our web design packages include:

    • 5 core pages: Home, about, services, contact, FAQ, and an optional blog setup. (Additional pages can be added for an additional fee)

    • Basic SEO setup (meta, alt, files names, image optimization)

    • Copy from our Copy Generator, edited by our Content Strategist. (With the option to upgrade to custom copy)

  • Each project takes roughly 30 days from start to finish. Timelines are dependent upon timely feedback and having prep work completed before we get started.
